Ari Moriarty is a twenty-eight year old teacher and stage performer from Washington, DC. Her favorite mystery authors are, at present, are Ngaio Marsh, Rex Stout, and of course and forever the illustrious Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. (She’s big into the clasics. You can’t go wrong with the classics, right?)

Ari has very recently and perhaps unwisely decided to abandon her chosen career path and to pursue a Master’s degree in Professional Writing. The world is a big, wonderful, scary, mysterious place when you’re not-quite thirty and everyone around you is getting married (which doesn’t interest you) and having children (which you don’t want.) Around every corner is either another great adventure or, more likely, another horrifyingly large unpaid bill.

Life is, at least, never boring…and neither is Ari’s fiction. Honestly, though, don’t take her word for it; go get immersed in the mystery (and the romance) for yourself!
